Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person; team access is available separately for organisations of ten or more.

Membership and billing

• Individual membership is $299 per year, billed annually through Stripe
• Membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid year
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on a first membership — write to us and we will refund in full

Free accounts

A free account includes one full case study each calendar month. The allowance resets at the start of each month and does not roll over.

Content and use

Case studies are our copyright. You may read them, quote briefly with attribution, and share frameworks within your own organisation if you hold team access. You may not republish studies in full, resell access, or use the content to train a model without written permission.

Contributors

Contributors describe their own experience in their own words. Their views are their own, and quoting a contributor is not an endorsement of everything they think.

Case studies are editorial. They are not legal, financial, tax or employment advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional counsel about your own situation.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we discontinue the service during a paid term, we will refund the unused portion.
