Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This page describes what the platform currently does technically. It is not a finished legal document and should be replaced with reviewed wording before launch.

What we collect

  • Account details. Your email address and name, and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
  • Reading activity. Which case studies you open and when. This is what makes the monthly free allowance work.
  • Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers; we store only a customer reference and your subscription status.
  • Messages you send us. Anything submitted through the contact, contribute or team pricing forms.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data
  • We do not run third-party advertising trackers
  • We do not share your reading history with anyone

Cookies

We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, and an anonymous identifier used to apply the free reading allowance. There are no advertising cookies.

Your data

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it, by writing to us via the contact page. Deleting your account removes your reading history.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will say so by email to account holders before the change takes effect.
